Canned potatoes right out of your pantry never tasted so good. So delicious you better make a double batch as your family and friends will be reaching for more. You can reheat any leftovers in the microwave for another meal or as a tasty snack.

Instructions
Place potatoes and dry ingredients into a plastic bag or container. Close and then shake together to mix well to coat the potatoes.
Add butter to frying pan and cook potatoes on medium heat, turning every few minutes until all sides are coated with butter. Cook until a golden brown color and then turn heat to low. Stir a few times while the potatoes simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Cooking Option: To make the potatoes in an air fryer. Coat the potatoes in the dry ingredients and then place them on a plate, then drizzle the melted butter on the potatoes – then place in a 350 degree air fryer for 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes, remove basket and shake potatoes. Cook for 10 more minutes and serve.

Store leftover potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
